Limos for Dallas - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Dallas Limousine licensed?
A: Dallas Limousine possesses all licenses and insurance necessary in the state of Texas. Our drivers also possess professional licenses and are therefore legally cleared to drive our vehicles.
Q: How far in advance should I book my limousine?
A: We recommend booking your limousine as soon as you've set the date for your event. As the premiere limo service in Dallas, we often fill up as far as 9 months in advance. Our peak seasons are prom and wedding seasons (typically May and June), so if you're in need of a limo during those months, plan on calling us at least a month in advance. Of course, we do occasionally have cancellations so you should call us even if your request is at the last minute, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: At Dallas Limousine, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of the party. We do, however, request that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time to avoid any penalty fees.
Q: Can we drink on board your limos?
A: Passengers under 21 are welcome to the bottled water we carry on board our limousines, and may also bring their own NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages. Passengers 21 and over may bring alcoholic beverages on board. We provide glasses for your convenience.
Q: In what areas does Dallas Limousine operate?
A: Please visit our Service Area page for a list of the areas in which we most commonly operate. If you don't see your location listed, give us a call. If you're within 50 miles of Dallas, we likely serve your area.
